The service
Lightcourt shows you what needs you across the companies you work for, with each company kept in its own Space. It reads what you connect and drafts replies; it writes to a company’s systems only when you approve.
Your account
Use a personal address to sign in — your employer controls your work mailbox. Work accounts are connected inside a Space instead.
Keep your sign-in methods and recovery codes safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
Connecting a company’s systems
Only connect accounts you’re allowed to use this way. Before you connect a work account, Lightcourt shows what that organization’s administrators may see; following each organization’s policies is up to you.
Trial and plans
Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of Command. No card is needed. When the trial ends, your account moves to Free unless you choose a plan.
Plans and their limits are listed on the pricing page. Over a limit, you can’t add more Spaces or apps, but everything you already have stays readable.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply where required.
Business is billed annually per seat, with a minimum of three seats.
Cancelling and downgrading
Cancel or downgrade from Billing at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your plan until then.
Your content
What you connect stays yours. You allow us to process it only to run Lightcourt for you, inside the Space it belongs to.
You can delete a Space or disconnect an app at any time, and ask us to export or delete everything.
Fair use
Don’t use Lightcourt to break the law, to access accounts that aren’t yours, or to attack or overload the service.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Lightcourt available and correct, but it’s provided as it is, without promises beyond these terms.
If we change these terms, we’ll tell you in the app before the change applies.
