What we collect
Only what we need to run your account and the Spaces you create:
- Your account: your email address, your name if you give it, and how you sign in (Google, an emailed code, or a passkey).
- Your plan: which plan you’re on, your seats, and whether your invoices are paid. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- Your connections: each app you add belongs to one Space. Its access tokens are encrypted with that Space’s key.
- What you connect: mail, chat, calendar and work items, processed inside their own Space to find what needs you.
- Sign-in records: the devices you’ve signed in from, so you can review and sign them out.
How we use it
To show you what needs you, to keep your Spaces in sync, to bill you for your plan and to keep your account secure.
We never use one organization’s data to reason about another’s, and we never combine your Spaces on our servers — they’re combined only on your device.
AI model providers are used only in a Space where you chose one, under that Space’s model policy.
Who can see what
Each organization you connect may see that Lightcourt is connected to its own systems, and what you do in them. It cannot see your other Spaces.
Our admin console shows account email, plan, seats, invoices and dates. It doesn’t show Space names, how many Spaces you have, your connected apps or anything inside a Space.
Stripe receives your email, plan, seats and payments — nothing about your Spaces.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data or show you ads.
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party scripts.
- We don’t write to any company’s systems without your approval.
Your choices
- Delete a Space: its key is destroyed, so its data can’t be read again.
- Disconnect an app from its Space whenever you like.
- Cancel your plan from Billing; you keep it until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Email us to export everything, or to delete your account and all of its Spaces.
