Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of Command, with no card. A banner in the app shows the days left. When it ends, your account moves to Free unless you’ve chosen a plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to Free.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You can’t add another Space or app until you change plans or remove one. Nothing you already have stops working, and Billing shows exactly which plan lifts the limit.
Will I ever lose access to my data?
No. If you downgrade or your trial ends, every Space you already have stays readable. Lightcourt never holds your data hostage.
When does a downgrade take effect?
At the end of your current billing period. Until then you keep everything you’ve paid for.
What does Stripe see?
Stripe handles payment. It receives your account email, your plan, your seats and the amounts — never your Space names, how many Spaces you have, which apps you connect, or anything inside them.
